Fresh flowers: our quality promise (non-returnable)
Fresh flowers are perishable and made to order, so they aren’t eligible for return. If your blooms arrive damaged or not as expected, please email hello@blushblooms.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief note describing the issue
- Clear photos of the bouquet (including packaging, if applicable)
We’ll make it right with a replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Gifts & homeware: change-of-mind returns (30 days)
For non-perishable items (gifts, vases, candles, homeware etc.), you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility:
- Unused and in original packaging with tags
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Damages & issues
- Flowers: report within 24 hours
- Gifts/homeware: report within 48 hours. Include photos so we can resolve quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (banks/card issuers may take longer).
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
Non-returnable items
- Fresh flowers, plants, food items
- Custom or personalised designs
- Opened beauty/personal care items
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items
EU/UK cooling-off rights
If your order is shipped within the UK or EU and contains non-perishable, non-custom items, you have a 14-day right to cancel starting the day after delivery. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at your cost.
