You can choose to collect your flowers, homeware or gifts from our shop in Stonehaven, Tuesday–Saturday.

UK Postal Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked and next-day courier services to send flowers, homeware and gifts across the UK.

  • Postal orders are dispatched Tuesday–Friday only.
  • Order by 2pm Tuesday–Friday for same-day dispatch on eligible postal orders.
  • Preferred postal delivery dates are Wednesday–Saturday.
  • All fresh flowers are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 241 or, for larger bouquets, next-day courier. Most Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders arrive the next day, excluding Sundays and bank holidays, though occasionally they may take an extra day.
  • Orders without fresh flowers can be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Due to Royal Mail’s delivery speed exclusions, we can’t post fresh flowers to the following postcodes. Gifts and homeware are fine:

AB36, AB37, AB38, AB54, AB55, AB56, FK18, FK19, FK20, FK21, KA27, KA28, KW1–KW17, PA20–PA38, PA41–PA80, PH19–PH44, PH49, PH50, TR21–TR25, BT, GY, HS, IV, IM, JE, ZE.

List based on Royal Mail “Delivery Speed Exclusions” for Tracked 24/48 from 11 August 2025. We’ll update this if Royal Mail changes their service.

Yes. We offer UK-wide delivery on selected fresh flowers, homeware and gifts. Smaller bouquets and gifts are usually sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24, while larger bouquets, including The Bespoke Bouquet, are sent by next-day courier.

When are postal orders dispatched?

Postal orders are dispatched Tuesday to Friday only. This applies to fresh flowers, homeware and gifts sent by Royal Mail or courier.

What delivery dates can I choose for postal orders?

For postal orders, you can choose a preferred delivery date from Wednesday to Saturday. We do our best to time dispatch around your chosen date, although Royal Mail and courier delivery times are not guaranteed.

What is the cut-off for UK postal delivery?

Order by 2pm Tuesday to Friday for same-day dispatch on eligible postal orders. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, over the weekend or on bank holidays will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Are there any postcode exclusions for fresh flower delivery?

Yes. Due to delivery speed exclusions, we cannot post fresh flowers to some UK postcodes. Gifts and homeware can still be sent to these areas. Please check our Delivery Information page for the latest excluded fresh flower postcodes.
