Fresh Flower Delivery UK – FAQs
For local delivery (within a 5km radius of our Stonehaven shop) place your order by 12pm for same-day delivery. For UK-wide orders, we send fresh flowers by Royal Mail Tracked 24. For orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) we will dispatch that same day. Although most orders arrive the next day (Tues-Sat) some orders may be delivered the following working day.
Bouquets arrive in water, securely packed in sturdy boxes. For local delivery and collection, they’re presented in a decorative living vase, ready to display.
Yes, you can add a personal note at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on one of our cards to accompany your bouquet.
